They are among the first to plant high-density olive groves in northern Puglia, the region with the greatest production of olives and oil in Italy. Then they decide to produce an extra virgin olive oil able to express the highest quality, becoming an emotional experience for the consumer.

Green color with golden shades. On the nose there are enveloping explosions of aromas of white almond and yellow fruit with notes of thistle and floral. In the mouth the almond precedes notes of aromatic herbs such as basil and thyme. Bitter and spicy note close the entire profile with elegance and harmony. Ideal for salads, vegetable soups, risotto, white and red meats, fish, soft cheeses, mayonnaise.
